[00:00:00] Welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, coming to you from somewhere deep in the heart of Texas. You're listening to the Unspoken Podcast, where nothing is off limits. Here's your hosts, Breyden and Cody. Welcome back to another episode of the Unspoken Truth Podcast. I'm Breyden. What's going on guys? I'm Cody.

[00:00:24] You know, I thought that we should like, I want to, Cody's not so much into the whole like, we dive into the topics. I think we like should talk about some things that something came across my mind earlier this morning that I wanted to talk about. I wanted to add like a hot topics thing. And he's like, we're not doing that. But there's something that I have to talk about. Like what's going on, like the five top stories entertainment, like what's going on? Oh, yeah, I'm not too into that. I'd be silent.

[00:00:48] Well, okay. So, but I need to ask like your medical opinion on this though, because there's just one thing I want to throw out there. So Wendy Williams, you know who she is? I do. So she has something, they said she has something, a dementia, which is what Bruce Willis has. So Bruce Willis got diagnosed a couple months after her. He just doesn't talk anymore and that's what Wendy has been going on interviews and since she's like, no, I'm perfectly fine.

[00:01:11] And it's my lawyers, my handlers, because she's under a conservatorship that are doing this. And you listen to this interview on the breakfast club and she's coherent. That's okay. I mean, there's different stages. Well, that. And so she's like, no, that's what they're saying about me. She's like, I'm okay. They won't give the power to my family. She's like, but I'm okay. And Charlemagne, the God is like, he goes, I talk to her every day, almost five times a day.

[00:01:34] And then the lawyer for the conservatorship is like, she has her good days and her bad days. And he goes in the past month, like she had her good days and her bad days. He goes, I talked to her five times a day, every day. Hot mess, like the whole Brittany thing. Well, he told her, don't take any pills that they give you. I mean, so she's not taking. And when she, I heard this interview like a week ago, she was talking about, and just, it was windy. Like we see on TV.

[00:01:58] Yeah. So they fired the attorney this morning. I saw the case. Cause I'm like, but so it's only the attorney saying this only the court appointed this court court appointed attorney has been fired and it shows through the system. Yeah. And so she's trying to get, you know, somebody else to represent her like, and I have to think about it medically. But my, my question is, is like, where did this come about? Who's who first said this? Why is this being said?

[00:02:23] Well, because Wells Fargo said, Hey, we think you're incompetent after she was, cause she has lupus or not lupus. She has something else. And then the, something of the swelling of the ankles where it gets really bad. Okay. And then she has another, she has another thing. I don't remember the name of it, but anyways, so where your eyes come out. Oh, like poptosis bulging eyes. It's almost looks like that. I don't know the name of it, but anyways.

[00:02:48] Anyways, so they, Wells Fargo said, uh, allegedly that she couldn't do that. And they hired, they blocked her bank account. And so they got some, this Sabrina lady allegedly, I'm not trying to get sued allegedly. Uh, so this woman who's been watching over her and her finances, they don't let her do anything or whatever. So the court appointed attorney apparently has been fired by Wendy, all this. Is this person hired by Wendy? No, by the court. And so they wanted her fired. So she got fired allegedly, according to the breakfast club this morning.

[00:03:15] But my whole thing is like, I've seen a, no disrespect to the Bruce Willis family, like a decline in Bruce Willis. Okay. I haven't seen it other. I haven't seen a decline in Wendy and it's the same timeframe. Age could be a factor. So my question, what I wanted to bring it up to you was like, how do you like, like alcohol has a big deal with it. That'll send you into it. Yeah. Um, it's just, it just throws my mind for a loop. And again, allegedly, um, but I just want to, and I'm not saying anyone's drinking alcohol. I'm just saying that that's one thing.

[00:03:45] There's a number of things, uh, how you take care of yourself, how your body progresses or degresses. Yeah. So it's possible, but it could be the Britney Spears thing. I don't know. And I'm like, and I just laugh because like Charlamagne, the God is like, he told her, don't take anything. And she sits there and she had that full on conversation. Well, you'll know if it's legit, if she doesn't take anything, she'll obviously decline faster. The medications are just helped. Are there to prolong it. Okay. So yeah. And that's what I was like, you know, and that one, I wanted to bring it up just for your medical opinion.

[00:04:14] You can obviously do your, do your research on what you're taking before you take anything. Yeah. There's, and don't take anything just from someone that gives it to you because there's a pill identifier, right? You can look up a pill and it'll tell you exactly what it is. That being said, I mean, anyone can make that like, what I'm trying to say is don't, don't take a pill that you didn't pick up from the pharmacy yourself. Absolutely. Absolutely. Because anyone can make that pill to look like that, but it not be that.

[00:04:41] So you can look it up and it still show you that's what it is, but they, they mocked it. Right. So don't take anything that you didn't get from a pharmacy, but obviously do your research first. Yeah. They're just there to prolong it. And my whole thing was, I just wanted to bring more awareness to the whole, the whole free Wendy thing. Just like the Brittany thing. We know just from what I've read, you know, the things they had given her and one of my good friends, she's told me that lithium, I'm like, well, what Brittany got will fry your brain and melts your brain. Yeah. So, you know, and God love Brittany.

[00:05:11] That's what they used a long time ago and they've gotten away from it. It's not. Yeah. So Wendy, I just want to bring more awareness to the free Wendy movement because even just after listening to that, I think girlfriend is totally in her state of mind, but I'm not a medical professional, you know? Lithium mind you isn't for dementia. Right. Okay. Well, yeah. So, but yeah, and I mean, that just brings us into our topic for today's episode. It's, you know, about fitness and wellbeing of your body, you know, that kind

[00:05:37] of good stuff. And yeah, so I just want to kick things off now by discussing what fitness truly means for many. It just conjures images of gym sessions, lifting weights, or like running marathons. Isn't it more, isn't it more than, does marathon suck? My God, that shit sucks. You did one, didn't you? Or like two or something? I did one, one and done. One and done. I got a medal never again, but my dumb ass. You did a Disney one or something like that, right?

[00:06:07] I did the 50th year marathon Disney. Okay. Ran through the Disney parks, Disney world. It was January. What was it? 2022. Okay. So August 2021, I trained for it. When I say trained, I went and ran maybe six miles in the evening for three weeks. Did can sprint.

[00:06:30] Then life happens. It got busy. I didn't do any kind of training cardio wise. So mind you, that's what it said to me. Let's say October to January. So I basically got off the couch and went and ran 26.2 fucking miles. I couldn't walk for, I think two weeks after my knee. I have bad joints from all the gym, all the sports, all that stuff. Um, so yeah, marathons suck

[00:06:55] ass, you know, and not training for them. I remember when he did that too. Cause I was like a little over five hours, I think texting him. Cause he went to Florida or somewhere. Where'd you go to do it? Yeah. Oh yeah. And so like, I was like, are you good? I'm looking on the camera. Cause y'all know me. I'd have been picked up by a golf cart. Yeah. And generally he did, he did it. Like I've only, I've done two five K's with one of my, um, friends, Christy

[00:07:19] who's passed out, but I know absolutely. Yeah. Well, not what you, I'm saying not with you. Absolutely not what you're doing. Like, Oh my God, man. He did it. I did it. Yeah. It's amazing. I did it, but he's the true thing. He's the true meaning of that meme that says, God, please don't let me marry, marry into a family that does marathons for Christmas. Yeah. Um, I'm going to see my family at Christmas.

[00:07:45] Yes. But, um, but yeah, I, I applaud that. Cause I, I, I couldn't, I get the shin splints so bad. No, me too. It was terrible. And I mean, like I said, I have, um, bad knees and one more than the other and I hadn't had my accident yet. So my left knee now is my bad knee, but my right knee at that time still locks up. Uh, the day before we ran, we got there and we were walking around. I don't know what we were doing, walking around to get food or

[00:08:12] something. And my right knee locked up and I knew I was fucked. Oh shit. So it was terrible. We ran the first three miles in the morning. Mind you, it's like four 30 in the morning running, uh, ran the first three miles. It was great. And then from then on I was in pain so much agonizing pain, they had stops for Tylenol and ibuprofen and, um, biofreeze and stuff. Uh huh. And so I stopped and I was probably way over overdosed on all of it, but, uh, I was trying to get through.

[00:08:41] And then of course they have like banana stations and, um, water. I think they might have a little Gatorade and then, uh, what's it called? Those little, uh, gummy protein things for you to eat while you're running. Oh wow. Yeah. But it'll give you the shit and people shit themselves while they're running that too. Like no joke. I remember you telling me that and people like going to the bushes and all that mad. Yeah. So I believe I was loaded up on Imodium too,

[00:09:07] but, uh, I ain't shitting myself, but yeah. So get the first, uh, three miles and then I'm in pain, you know, and mind you, it's 26.2 miles. I'm barely into it. There's these balloon ladies that'll run behind you. They hold these balloons and they're just fast paced walking. Um, and they got a set time, you know, they do it all the time, but if they pass you, you're out. You literally have to stop and a bus comes and picks you up. Oh, okay. I remember you telling me about this. I was always

[00:09:35] afraid of those balloon ladies, you know, so I had to keep up a little bit and then mind you, like I'm over here in pain and trying to get by sometimes walking, um, in between my running breaks. There's, and God love them. I have so much respect, but there's bigger people. There's, there's older people, people in braces passing me, fucking passing me. I mean, but yeah, we all made

[00:10:03] it. It was great. Um, once you get to the end, they give you some beer. Oh man. Yeah. Give me some beer, water, whatever you want. Um, I made the dumb ass mistake of sitting down and drinking my beer and I couldn't get back. I had to get helped up. I mean, I'm telling you, my, my legs are dead. It was just terrible. You did though. Cause you even have a little metal that goes with it too. Like I do. I guess it was a little over five hours

[00:10:28] that I ran it. I, you know, I, yeah, he did it. Like I was better him than me. Cause Oh, never again. I, after the five K, the last five K that actual, I did a five K with my friend Chrissy, the hot chocolate one downtown and it was so cold. And, um, she's like, okay, Brayden, she's a BXM is what she's calling. She's like, let's just cut to the back and we'll cut it. And we'll meet the kids in the front and we'll do hot chocolate. And once like, yeah, we did it. Yeah, we did it. Like 30 minutes. Yeah. Right. So she's like,

[00:10:55] but you have to do a real one with me. And so we trained for the Greenville Avenue, St. Patrick's day parade, five, five K dunk. Let me tell you what. And she had us decked out dressed in green and this whole green outfit. And I was running, I was doing it. And then I got halfway there and I was taking the clothes off. Like I couldn't do it. And I saw an alley and I'm like, God, do it. And I'm like, no, don't do it. And I did it in 45 minutes and she was quicker than I was. And she goes, there's no way. She goes looking around who, who does golf cart there? What alley? And I go, I didn't, I actually did it. And that was actually

[00:11:24] one of the first ones that I, or the last one that I'd ever did. But I, you know, I good for people that want to do that because I'm not. Even in mine, there are people dressed up in Disney costumes. Like how the fuck? I, you know, I can't, that's not part of me. And the less clothes is the better. Yeah. They don't let me take my shirt off. Yeah. I had a little sticker on, you know, a running number. So I couldn't, but yeah, there was people dressed up in stuff that was way too hot. I, I, and I don't, I'm just, it throws me off. So,

[00:11:51] Oh, but then with that too. Um, so for Disney, they have the marathon. Okay. So they have, it's a whole weekend. I obviously didn't do this. I just did a marathon, but they have, they have the, I think, I think they start with five. Okay. So it's a 5k, 10k half marathon, marathon, and then the, what they call the dopey, the dopey. That means that you ran all three

[00:12:15] of them and it adds up to like 46 or some odd miles. Can you imagine? Well, there, I, there's a guy that, um, he's a friend of mine and he, um, he lives in New York. Friends of mine did it. Yeah. Well, he does those and he just, and he has a bike. I have a friend that runs 10 miles every morning for fun. Yeah. And like my friend, Jared will go cross country to the ones in Europe. And I'm like, you, that's how you got all the 10 of them abs. It's not stupid.

[00:12:41] Man, kudos to him. Absolutely. I'm on the other side of that. I'm not a cardio guy. My metabolism so fast anyways, so it's hard to put on weight backwards for me until now. My older age is catching up. I'm not a cardio guy either, but you know what? Sex kills me and I hope that you have your AC on 65 cause I'm going to die. I could have, I could have said that a couple months ago,

[00:13:06] but I think I'm all right now. I could have died it many times. I'm more, I'm more of a gym guy. Yeah. I like, I like to lift. I lift heavy. I like, I like to lift weights. You know, speaking of lifting, cause I've been doing a little bit of it, not so much, but, um, I took with some Cody this morning. Like I, some of you guys were, if you follow me on social media, I posted a picture in a Speedo cause I'm, I've only ever did it once when we and Cody and I were at a pool party and I

[00:13:35] was not in the best shape to do it, but I did it cause I was drunk with a broken ankle. He's in the best shape at the time. At that's at that time. Yeah. And now it's, it's just crazy to me that like, mind you, I had to, I had to talk him into it. I didn't wear one. Of course not. I don't think you'd fit in one, but, but, uh, no, I did one. I went to the one, my, went to the Muhammad's and I put one on and my inbox has been crazy and I applauded, but, and it goes like with us, people asking,

[00:14:04] you know, that we're doing this episode of fitness, but I had one guy, he messaged me and a lot of the messages have recently come through when he goes, I want to know what doctor I need to go to, to get that magic juice. And I go, there's no magic juice. I go, that's what everybody thinks that it is, but it's not doctors. Yeah. Surgeons. You're stupid. I hate you. We know I love a good surgeon, but, um, but no, it's just been really consistent with diet and gym and you know, there's those days that the hardest part is getting there. It's so cliche and it's stupid to say, but it really is. I mean,

[00:14:33] diet is the biggest one. Yeah. And that's hard. And there's no magic juice. I mean, I'll be honest. I have a seafood diet. He sees everything he eats. Fuck yes. I don't go by diet. I just, I lift. Like I said, my metabolism is different than other people though. Yeah. And everybody's different, you know? And it's just not, I mean, it's just about, you know, it's just not about how you look at it. It's how you feel about it in like your body, your mind and your soul, you know? Yeah.

[00:15:00] Um, and what works for one person may not work for the other. You have to figure it out really. And it's taken me years. Yeah. He finally grew into his body. Like, I think one of the biggest misconceptions about fitness is that it's only about extreme workouts or strict diets. And the truth is just staying active and, you know, just staying active can look different for everyone, whether it's a walk in the park, yoga, or even a dance class, you know,

[00:15:24] it's hard to get into too. I mean, I, I slacked last year, I slacked probably three to four months, a good one, and didn't go to a gym that entire time and getting back into it. It was slow and it took the end of the year to do so. And even now it, it's hard to get back into the routine. It is very hard, you know, and that is, that just, yeah. Sorry. Because used to, it was, it was part of life. Like I wouldn't do anything before the gym or

[00:15:52] everything fit around the gym. Cause that's, that's part of my mental health really. Yeah. Well, and that's how when we became friends too, like I said, we were always at the gym and you guys can tell if you followed our friendship. Yeah. The change. The body shapes. The body shapes. The change. So now that we've laid the groundwork, let's dive into some personal fitness journeys. Um, how did you get started in fitness? Uh, actually a long time ago, it was when I was younger. It was my uncle. Honestly,

[00:16:21] I looked up to him, my mom's brother. Um, he would take me with him and I mean, he would, he was probably on steroids. He, he would pump it and throw it like the guys at Gold's gym. Okay. Like Hulk Hogan. Like, yeah. Yeah. The stuff that's annoying. Uh, but I went a little big. Yeah. And I was always little. I was always skinny. Um, you should do a before and after picture. Oh man, dude, it's terrible. It is terrible. I was skinny, skinny, skinny. Oh y'all.

[00:16:52] That's kind of how I got into it. That's, that's what led me into it. And then I just wanted, because I was so skinny, I felt uncomfortable with my body. I wanted to get bigger. So I started getting to the gym, man. I wanted to say it's probably my early twenties when I actually did, you know, outside of being a kid. Cause in, in, in school, I, I did some, I did sports and we worked out and everything, but my high school, I didn't have high school because I got in so much trouble. You know, I graduated early, became an adult at a young

[00:17:19] age and so forth. So I didn't really get into the gym or doing any of that until I was, you know, an adult. When I did, I didn't know how to do so. So I did a lot of cardio cause that's what I thought it was, you know, cardio and just lifting. And I didn't know that there was, um, uh, I guess steps to it. Like, uh, don't be a consistent in the same weight unless you tone, you know, there's different ways of doing it. So I just kind of had to

[00:17:43] do my own research, um, progressively get myself into it. And now here we are a hundred pounds later. So it's a committed lifestyle for sure. What about you? What about me? Yeah. What got you into fitness? Was it before me? I did it like when you're modeling as a kid. I mean, I was a skinny person anyways. Um, and then one of my friends or both, you should do it before

[00:18:09] and after picture. Yeah. Oh my God. He had hair. The glow up is real. I mean, the surgeons hadn't touched him yet. You're stupid. I can't stand you. Um, shorter. No, my friend Adam and John got me into it. Um, and I, you know, got deep into it and it became a habit. Uh, and then just got busy with life. And then that's when I met Cody and he was talking about working

[00:18:35] out and I'll make you work out. He's like, yeah. And I was like, can I tag along? And for the past five years now, um, for the most part, at least 90% of the time I've tagged along with Cody to the gym. And, uh, I don't know my way around the gym five years later. Still don't. Um, but I just tell me what I need to do to do, you know, and it's all about your personal journey and you do it yourself because you were there and you're doing the work. But I have told him this before I applaud him because I, it's because of him that I'm in this. Me too. But you know, I followed his direction and I know that he wants to be a

[00:19:05] personal trainer. I think he'd be really great at it because I'm one of those living, walking billboards. Like I'm in pretty decent shape. So, um, you know, and so I, I gave myself a lot of credit, but I also give him credit too, because I have for the lack of 90% of these five years, I've been to the gym with him and I, there are those days I don't want to go and it's been hard. Um, but there, when you look at the pictures, when I look at these pictures of myself, like even in the speedo this past weekend, I'm like, it's, it is hard,

[00:19:32] but when you leave there, that's the best. Absolutely. Even there's the best feeling. And for me, morning workouts are the best because you just have the best day. Like you're doing it. Everybody's good. You don't want to try to kill nobody. Y'all try to get in there at five or seven in the PM. Yeah. And then everybody's on a machine. Oh man. And they're sitting on the, you're just sitting there on the machine. Can you stop taking selfies and move? I'll tell them. Oh, you're stupid. So he's like, I need you to straddle me. And I'm like, you need me to what?

[00:20:01] He goes, I need you to straddle me. I'm like, Jesus Christ. So I did. And the looks we got, I had told him, I was like, I feel like I'm being made into a gay meme right now. I was like, you know, and, uh, it was funny. I was able to help him get him up and he looked and he fucking killed it. But it was just for me, I thought it was funny. Cause I'm like, I know there's some, a picture somewhere of me just straddling him at the gym. Like you see on Tik TOK. It's a mess. But other than that, I guess it's just more recently, five, six years getting back into it. Um,

[00:20:30] but I also liked the fact that it helps with my mental, mental health. That's a big deal for me, you know, and I'm almost telling me, Cody, have you went to the gym? Or Cody, have you, uh, taken your medicine? I don't take medicine. I'm not big on medicine. It's a good, he's really not. I don't like it. Yeah. Well, you know, when my husband died, um, I was taking prescription medicines and that's what also was when Cody and I became friends. And he's like, you don't need that shit. And I'm like, what? He was like, you can take it if you want to. I'm not telling you what to do, but you don't need that shit. The gym will help it.

[00:20:59] And that's literally, it's not only the gym, but the gym did help Braden, but it's figuring out what you need to do to change or what you need to do to fix. And granted, don't, don't get me wrong. There are chemical imbalances in your body and your mind that can be offset and do need that medication to help. But there, there's alternatives that you could try first. Yeah. Well, it's fascinating how moving your body can help alleviate stress in

[00:21:24] your mood. You know, it's just amazing. And your energy level. Yeah. I feel like you have no energy to get there, but wait until you go. Yeah. What do you put? Do you like believe in holistic approaches? I do. Yeah, I do. How holistic? I'm not into the seance. I don't believe that works. Um, I do believe in marijuana. Okay. Very much so. I believe in that too. I have since I was a kid. I

[00:21:51] argued it with my mom whenever I used to smoke and she'd hate it. I, I think it's amazing that it's becoming more legal. I think that it's very healthy and it's very beneficial for a lot of things. Um, especially so in that holistic approach, I definitely do. Yeah. Um, I also believe that your, your mind is so powerful. If you believe it, it's probably going to work. Right. If you

[00:22:17] believe drinking that tea that this witch doctor gave you, it's going to work until you go to the doctor and they tell you it didn't. Yeah, absolutely. I mean, he's, he's, I used to be, you guys did, if you know me and you know my mom, I used to be cause I was very anti smoke anything just because I grew up, my parents smoked cigarettes. They did all that. And in the car, you barely got a crack of little ashtrays. I used to steal the cigarettes. Of course. Yeah, but no. And so even my brother was smoking, my mom, Justin smoking, you know,

[00:22:45] kind of bullshit. But now, and I didn't need those medications and it, medical marijuana does help me. You know, it just helps relieve my stress. It puts me in a calmer mood and I'm a nicer person. I get the giggles a lot, but it works for me. And you know, it was funny when telling my mom about that, she's like, you what? And it did what? And she's like, if that makes you a nicer person, keep doing it. But yeah, and it really does. And I, I'm glad that,

[00:23:13] like you said, it's becoming a little more legal and it's, it's no, that's, that's honestly amazing. I, I'm very happy about that. Um, but yeah, like I said, this is going to be a part one of two episodes. Um, the next part two, we're going to talk about, um, cause a lot of people want to know too, like, like the guy that asked me earlier, magic juice, of course there's steroids, they're out there. People take home, you know, there's a whole lot of, it's a whole nother world out there. But a whole nother thing though. You've got

[00:23:42] to watch your body and the things you take. And people break out when they say that, right? You have to counteract it too. Don't act like you don't know. You have to, you have to counteract the things that it's doing to your body. Like you have to take a liver supplement, a liver health supplement. There's all kinds of things you have to watch for if you take those. Yeah. There's stuff, there's stuff over the counter. There's stuff illegal. There's natural it's, but I mean, yeah, we'll, we'll, we'll get into talking about it. We'll dive in that one more so next time. But yeah, I just, I feel like this part, this part of the episode is just breaking into it and just finding out everybody's fitness

[00:24:10] journey is different. And, um, you know, it's, I, I have the love hate relationship with it because I, you know, you hate getting up and doing it, but at the same time, like you said, after you're done, you feel so good. And then when you see those pictures, that's yeah. See, I want to get back to where I don't have the love hate right now. I'm at the love hate too. Yeah. But years prior, so past four years when I was bodybuilding, it was a love. It wasn't

[00:24:37] a love hate. I hated not getting there. You know, and so I'll share a funny story with you guys. My friend Adam, when I first started training, Adam is a ex bodybuilder. Um, good friend of mine. And he was like, we're going to put you in a physique body competition. We're going to do this. And so we did everything for this show prep and it was gym, sometimes even twice a day, just everything we needed to get, to get done. And I did a photo shoot with a friend of mine and he sent me one of the pictures and he sent me this picture. And I literally, it's almost like hearing your song on the radio. I literally almost drove

[00:25:07] off the road and I'm like, how much editing did you do that picture? He's like, Braden, that's unedited. And I was so proud of the progress that I did on that. I was like, oh my God, that's great. And, um, I was like, I'm good. And he goes, uh, I don't know. He goes, what? And I go, I'm good. He goes, what do you mean you're good? I go, I don't want to compete anymore. He's like, what do you mean you don't want to compete anymore? I'm like, I got the photo shoot. I got the proof. I was there. I look really good. I want to do it. He was kind of mad that I didn't do it. Um, all that work and progress and just everything that was poured into it. But I look back at some

[00:25:37] of those pictures too. And even just even working out with you, some of those pictures, I'm like, damn. And I thought I was not in the best shape. And it's like, look at those fucking pictures, you know? But yeah, I always thought that's funny. I would share that story because Adam was not most thrilled with me when I said, I'm not going to compete anymore. And after all the money that was spent with that, it's like, you're what? I bet. But yeah. So, uh, let's see. So I also think like finding a community that's really helpful, you know, um, whether it's friends or online groups and a good support

[00:26:05] system for your gym, you know, that's true. And finding the gym just, just because you go to one gym and you hated it. There's so many different types and styles. And guys make sure that when you go to the gym, don't record the cameras aren't allowed, but if you're going to record, don't be dicks about it. Um, you you're at a gym, you're at a public gym, right? So there's going to be people that are going to get in your way. You either, you know, go to the Zumba room, do your

[00:26:32] thing privately or don't get pissed off that you're in a fucking public gym. Right. But I do think that anyone should be able to take pictures or record anything that they want in the same respect. You need to make sure there's no mirrors. There's no people in your camera side that don't acknowledge that they're in it, you know, acceptance of being in it. I mean, there's all kinds

[00:26:57] of things. So yeah, I mean, sure. Record, take your pictures, but you have to be respectful of others just as you expect them to be of you. Yeah. And I hate just saying it when people get so mad and they're like, you know, incoming and they're I'll hold the camera for you. You know, just, just move out of my way when I need my weight. That and putting weights back, like put your weights back on the rack. That's a big deal too. Yeah. Like, come on now. Like, you know, and that, or the people that hog all the weights and they're on a bench and

[00:27:26] they're switching machines like, dude, that's irritating. If you have three different exercises in front of you and you're not doing a core workout, it's irritating. Yep. So, but yeah, so, you know, I think, you know, of course with finding your community at the gym, finding the gym that works good for you, you know, this was, yeah, I hope that you find that and there's going to be more insight with the next episode. It might be a little bit longer, but thank you for

[00:27:54] tuning into this one. This is the first part of our fitness episode. We'll dive deeper into various fitness regimens, nutrition, because nutrition is a big part of it. Nutrition is a big part and you know, that's the part that I'm least knowledgeable about. Yeah. Cause apps are not made in the gym. They're made in the kitchen. I have a hard time with it, you know, and I'll be honest first to admit in nursing school, I passed nutrition with a 69.5. I barely passed that

[00:28:20] motherfucker. I didn't know that. No, why? I just can't get it. You know, I have a friend, he's a, uh, uh, or dietitian and, um, he's kind of helped me with that, but it's also like the amount of protein, the intake and this and that and the macros and that just throws me. I don't get macros. It just throws me off and I'm just telling me what I need to take because. Like I know how much protein we need to take. Like I know, you know, kind of the basics, but breaking down nutrition, like

[00:28:48] this is a grain. This is a, you know, this comes with this kind of fat, saturated fatter. I, it's Spanish to me. Well, and I kind of know. I mean, you know, when it's Miami, he blew up. Only because I didn't know Braden knew. Seriously. You sure didn't break out with the Spanish? Well, because Braden doesn't speak it. He'll act dumb at first. Like he won't acknowledge that he speaks it. And so we're there and

[00:29:18] they're speaking Spanish and he's kind of looking around like he didn't want to speak it. And so I spit it out, of course, like I get his bye. And then he realizes I speak Spanish, but this motherfucker speaks fluent. So I'll never again have to speak Spanish if he's around. And I'll look at him too. Like he's crazy. He's like, answer the man's question. I know you speak Spanish now. I'm not doing it. The unspoken truth podcast is sponsored by Bray co media and recorded right here
