Here's your hosts, Breyden and Cody. Hey truth seekers, welcome back to the Unspoken Truth Podcast. I'm your host, Breyden. I'm Cody. We are thrilled to have you join us on Episode 10, Get Fit, Get Right, Part 2. Episode 10? 10.
[00:00:29] Episode 10. I'm hearing that I didn't even realize, okay. Yeah, we're going to touch on three things this time. The importance of a balanced diet, the effective exercise strategies, and the power of listening to your body. Because you know, you don't want to go down on that, what is it, that squat and then not be able to get back up. Oh man. That's my knee, that's my knee. My mom's been mad at dance. One of my dances when I was a kid, my mom, she got out there on the dance floor with us and she thought she could get it, right?
[00:00:57] I think I was maybe in fifth, sixth grade. We're all dropping it low and she dropped it, she could not pick it back up. Me and my best friend had help for a walk girl. That's so sweet. Oh man. So in part one, we laid down the foundation by discussing mental health, the mental health game of fitness. We talked about setting realistic goals and you know, cultivating a positive mindset and understanding that progress isn't always linear. If you haven't heard it, go back and listen to it. It'll help you get the most out of today's episode.
[00:01:27] So before we dive right in, I'm going to do a continuance of what we did from last episode. Remember, I found out what it was called, Wendy Williams. You're asking me to remember? Oh yes. She has frontural dementia. Okay. That's what they say she has. She's being reevaluated today as we speak. She's being reevaluated. She filed to get in that conservatorship and they did an interview with her, Harvey Levin, and she's just outside of this facility in the window talking to him on the phone and coherent. You get three other radio hosts that are talking to her on the daily, coherent.
[00:01:57] I mean, it could be. And like Bruce Willis is declining. It could be in and out. It could be on set. Every day? Like every day been like talking normal, like coherent? Yeah. For three months? I mean, consistently for three months, that's a little odd, but yeah. Yeah. It could be in and out. It's. Especially if it's a new onset. It's a whole hot mess. They just say what people were saying is she just went back to alcohol and then they, she went back to alcohol before two years ago.
[00:02:24] She went back to drinking when she was supposed to, where she was in re, no, she relapsed in drinking. And so they just put her in the conservatorship because she's always drunk. So I don't think she has temporal front. What is it called? Dementia. Yeah. Cause she's coherent. It's wild. But yeah. Anyway, so we're going to dive right into it. Uh, diving into the practical side of getting fit and feeling great. Um, so we're going to start with proper dieting. Uh, let's face it. We are what we eat, right? Man, I don't know too much about this. I'm going to throw this one out there.
[00:02:53] I just kind of put my head down. But in nursing school, I passed nutrition with a 69.5. Oh yeah. You said that. I, I, nutrition is so hard for me to get. I don't, it just doesn't stick well. I could totally do like the nursing part, you know, I know what not to give you what to give you, but macros and protein and what's starch. And it's just tough for me. Starch? Well, it's just, I mean, I don't necessarily mean starch and carbs. I guess I got that, but I just mean in general, it's hard for me, but you are right. You are what you eat. Um, eating junk food and everything.
[00:03:20] I mean, if you eat, if you cook meal prep, cook good food, healthy food, less fat food, less eating out, you'll see a change. Diet is the biggest deal really. So like, of course, when we, you diet, I mean like when you talk about meal prep, what is that for you? Pain in the ass. All that work for soldiers little. Yeah. And then, I mean, I eat more than I prep. You said I ate all my stuff before 11 today. I do. I mean, I plan it out for, I don't know, like five days or so. Yeah.
[00:03:50] And I'll mostly do it on Sundays. Cook two to three meals a day for, you know, five days and then package them, put them in the fridge and go. I don't know, but I'll eat double portions. They'll be gone in three days. It's insane. It's horrible. It's, I felt that just same. Like when you eat so much and it's like, okay, like when, but on the other hand, like you said, listen to your body kind of hits on this, but everybody's different. I know there's, there's more into it doing the calorie intake and watching your fats and
[00:04:19] proteins and everything and counting that. And it's totally beneficial. But there are people that have a high metabolism that have to eat extra calories and put a little more on or eat, consume a little more to hold the weight or put more on. And then on the other end of it, there's people that need less. So you just got to know your body. Absolutely. You got to know your body and always stay hydrated. Like I'd say, you know, water, I need to focus on that for myself too, because I've gotten better to drink at water almost at a gallon a day. Cause I'm used to do that, but I need to get back on it.
[00:04:48] I did a gallon a day. Yeah. And it's, it's getting there, but it's not trying to just do a camera thing, but it's not like, yeah, it's not working that well. Uh, anyways. Um, and then like listening to your hunger cues, you know what your hunger cues are? Do you get hangry? I mean, yeah, I know I can't eat in the morning right away. That's just me. Yeah. It makes me nauseous, but, uh, I do have to eat within an hour or so after.
[00:05:16] But if I'm at work, hell there's some days I don't work or I don't eat until two 30. That's wild. I mean, I'm running, running hungry of course, but I'm just so busy that I suppress it, I guess. Yeah. Yeah. You've got to listen. I mean, there's different plans. You could be on a plans. You could put yourself on eating six times a day to burn more. Yeah. I don't understand that whole eating more thing. It just, it still blows my mind. Like eat more, eat more. I'm like, what does eating more? I eat more already, you know? I mean, like I said, it's tough for me.
[00:05:46] I'm still learning that part. And then you have me who I'm working on it as far as I get hangry. Yeah. So, and I mean, it is what it is, but Braden is on a seafood diet. He never was on a diet. What he, what he sees, he eats all the time. Fast food. I guess me too, for the most part, but there's been times I put myself on a consistent. Yeah. Chicken and rice. I've done that before and I was an angry person. I was just always hungry. And my body looked great. Oh man. I remember I would went to the first time I wore a crop top out to this event that we went to.
[00:06:16] And of course you did. I did. I will. I will. I will fucking wear a crop top. I was your man. No, I'm a man. What do you call those things? The underwear, the swim trunks underwear, uh, speedos, speedos, man, thong, I forgot, man, thong goes up your butt. Yeah. Yeah. So remember a sustainable diet isn't always about deprivation. It's about nourishing your body with the nutrients it needs to thrive. It's about making conscious choices to support your health and wellbeing.
[00:06:46] So, you know, chicken and rice is good, but, and then I'm still learning the macros thing. I just recently learned the amount of protein that my body needs to take. And I didn't know that you could overdo it on protein too. Yeah. Did you know that you only, your body can only consume 25 grams of protein an hour? Yeah. So, so the protein drinks that are 50 plus, uh, grams of protein in the, in the shake, damn near pointless. They are pointless.
[00:07:13] I mean, maybe if you break it up half and half in an hour, but 25 grams an hour. It's crazy that. And then like some of the, the supplements that I take as far as a vitamin C, this, that isn't this blah, blah, blah, blah. One of my acquaintances is told me about, he has some of the stuff that you're taking. He's like, your body is just peeing out because it already produces it, you know? And I'm still trying to learn that, but he's like, you're just overdoing it, taking these like supplements. And I'm like, it worked for me, you know? Yeah. But there's, there's benefits to them too.
[00:07:41] Uh, so now we'll dive into the best part, I think. Well, I'm getting there, but, uh, you know, let's see exercise. It's, you know, it shouldn't feel like a chore. It has been for me personally recently. It's a chore getting back into. Yes. Yes. Um, I think it should be something you enjoy, something that energizes you. Um, how do you find an exercise routine that works for you? For me, it's, uh, and I've noticed lately too, I think this is a hard part for me to get back
[00:08:08] into or why it's hard for me to get back into the gym, the setting, the lights. I mean, I can go to a dark gym if it's put together. Well, I don't want to say decorated. Well, you know, I mean, a well put together gym, the environment, the feeling, I mean, but for the most part, I like bright and open. Yeah. Very open spaces. And the gym that I'm going to now that's close to the place that I moved to is it doesn't have that much equipment. Yeah. I don't know. I, I've got to feel comfortable in the gym that I'm at to want to go.
[00:08:37] And so today actually I'm going to try a different gym and we'll see, but finding the gym that you're comfortable in and finding the environment that you're comfortable in is great. Whether you like CrossFit, some people like to be pushed and do it with a group or work exercise with a group. If you like a small dainty gym, there's ones that have access codes that you can get in when nobody's in. If you're kind of private. But yeah, just finding the place that fits you and finding the exercises that you like,
[00:09:02] but at the same time, you don't want to consistently do the same exercises just here on out. You've got to change it up. Incorporate your variety. Yeah, a little bit. I mean, if you get something that you like, if there's, if you like cardio, then go cycling. There's all kinds of stuff. You've got to change it up a bit. I do not like a Romanian deadlift. I hate those. I hate those with passion. Are you going to run marathons? Like a marathon. Ugh. One and done for me. One and done. You should check out this new gym that I went to.
[00:09:31] Today was only my second time to go, but it's massive and the lighting and it's just like vibe there. It's like a club and they got the music going. Not like a bad club, like an energizing. The crunch? Yeah. I miss Club Ford. That one is nice. I miss that one. This one, like they have the good vibes of music just going and I'm, you know, and I go before I go to work and so I just shower there and go to work, but it's just clean and nice. And just the people there, the girls like, so what are your new right now? Yeah, that's why she says, what are your fitness goals? I don't need them. I'm good. I'm working.
[00:10:01] You know, I got this here. I got good people in my corner, but, but yeah, it's, it's really cool. Just, and I feel personally for when you, when I work out in the morning, I have a better day. Like it really, it's like today I'm high on life and I love it. It's, you know, I got a great workout in. So yeah. Yeah. I like it first thing in the morning too. It's hard for me to not talk myself out of it. Wake up in bed. Do I want to do that? I got so much to do. I've got this, this, and this, you know, like I'll go double or I'll go a little harder tomorrow.
[00:10:31] Yeah. Oh, that's always, you know, procrastination. Like I got this. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. It's so just making it a habit, you know, a back into a habit, a hobby, not a habit. Okay. Okay. I found a picture that I was going to send to you. I got it this morning on my memories and it was when we, when you lived in Dallas at Ross. What about it? Oh man. I don't look that picture. We were chatting. It was about a year, year and a half. Yeah. Yeah.
[00:10:58] So like, you know, I would just say that this key is consistency, you know, I've, you know, getting there. Consistency, consistency is it, but then, you know, you can consistently go and still have shit workouts. Yeah. So energy level goes into it. That was also mental, being mindful and getting your levels checked at the doctor. If you need T support, there's guys that are not producing as much cause we're getting older. I mean, all kinds of stuff that you got to check out and watch the body. Yeah. You gotta watch out for y'all cause y'all getting kind of old up there.
[00:11:27] Especially energy pushing 40 over there. I'm look, you know what? I don't look it. It's fine. I don't. It takes, it takes a lot of money to look that great. It takes a lot of money to look this cheap and I'll fully admit that in every, I'm wearing my natural. I love that. I said that to somebody yesterday, I sent a picture cause for headshots and they were like, I don't have a headshot. I mean, it's fine. I use one of mine from years ago and I sent it and I had like a beard and hair and I had a beard and hair. Oh, and you look like Mexicans in a clothes. You're stupid. You're horrible.
[00:11:54] And he's like, how is it that you look way more younger today than you did? Then I go, thank you. Really? Yeah. But yeah. So I'm going to cut this part out. It's gathering my thoughts right now. So now we're going to transition into listening to your body. That's a big thing that I don't, sometimes I know I don't do it a whole lot, but you have to because you'll hurt yourself. And stretching. Yeah. Oh my God.
[00:12:19] I didn't stretch for years and I'm still paying for it, but stretching is a big, big deal. Yeah. He's over there looking like a pretzel going every which way. And I'm like, I can barely breathe over here trying to go left side, right side. It ain't like that. All those years of gymnastics that he's got behind him, you know? No, that was back in the day. He put my legs behind my head, but not anymore. You were able to do that? Like a pretzel for sure. Oh my God. Oh yeah. I can do the splits both ways till my sister kick me in the nuts. Yeah, I'm not kidding.
[00:12:52] That's awesome. No, stretching is a big deal. I stretch every, I mean you should stretch before. You should stretch before and after, but definitely before. Mm-hmm. I, so. And hell, this age you got to stretch before sex too. I mean, you got to take care of your body. Not when you're an avid sex delete, but. Yeah, well, that's because we stretch. I can't, I can't. But yeah, so if you don't, okay, so would you stay in the middle of your body? I would say you could still, well you are.
[00:13:20] I would say you're still prone to injuries even when you do stretch, but stretching is just, what is, what is stretching for? So your muscles don't get tight and. Lock up? Lock up or cramp or potentially then rip later. Mm-hmm. Yeah. So what are like warning signs would you say? Also giving them like, think about it, you're stretching them so you're giving them a little bit more room to grow. Mm-hmm. What did you ask me? Right. What are your warning signs that people could recognize? Warning signs for what?
[00:13:49] When you work out like before you're about to fuck something up or if you're about to hurt, what are your warnings? Just of course, listen to your body if something. If something hurts, take weight off or don't do it or see if you're doing it correctly. Yeah. Sometimes it's not even. Wear a brace. I have to wear a knee brace and a back brace. Me too. Mm-hmm. Me. But I'm also, but what if it's like for me personally, like it's not even pain. It's like when something pops, it's like, oh shit. Oh shit. Something popped. Like I've heard of grinding and popping too. That just means either you're not doing it correctly or you probably should change the workout.
[00:14:20] Or go see a doctor because you could need help. We don't do surgeries. Remember that what you said? We don't see doctors because then things are wrong. I didn't say that. Yeah. Yeah. Um, and then the next thing, part of that of listening, you know, listen to your body is rest and recovery. And I'm a big, I don't know anything about that. Yeah. I'm going to say I'm not a big listener. I work too damn much to rest. Yeah. But he's right. You're right. Rest is a big deal.
[00:14:48] And rest is, what is that? Yeah. I know. That's scheduled. Sweetie, I'm resting today. Yeah. I got four hours. I'm sleeping. Um, yeah, we're just diving right on through this. Um, let's see here. How about what's your take? How do you feel? And, um, what do you think about supplements? Supplements? Uh, well, it's like I said, I took them earlier.
[00:15:18] Like I told you, I take the vitamins, B, C, fish oils. No, not vitamins. Steroids. Well, there's steroids. There's illegal steroids. There's. TRT. What is it? I mean, you can go to the doctor and get the T. Yeah. Or whatever it's called. Uh, I don't know. It's test. They have to go through test. What is it? Testosterone. Yeah. Replacement therapy. Yeah. TRT. Um, or test boosters. There's injectables, which are of course illegal.
[00:15:48] Uh, I mean, they're helpful, but they're dangerous. You got to also watch the body, your levels. You got to watch your liver. Um, just for me personally, blood pressure. Yeah. All of it. It's, there's a lot of it. Yeah. They're dangerous, but they're beneficial too. You just got to watch what you're doing. Take yourself, take your vitamins. Um, make sure you're, you got to go donate blood every now and then if you're doing the tea, all that stuff. Yeah.
[00:16:14] I just, from having friends that are, have been in that industry, it's more like you see these younger kids and some older folks who, that just dive in and think it's going to be an instant fix. But when you don't watch it, you can, your body can break out. And I've seen people, it looks horrible. Oh yeah. And it's just like the back knee and all that. And it's just yourself into a stroke. Oh man. And it's like, and I mean, and I say this from experience. I've done them. I've done them in the past. Yes. And I've done it to one point where I was, I stopped cold Turkey and my body was going crazy.
[00:16:44] Like I have a close friend who's a doctor. She's like, Braden. And I was trying to get her to help me out. And she's like, what did we're trying to figure it out? And I told her that it stopped cold Turkey years ago. And she's like, what? I'm like, she's like, your body's in shock right now. You can't just do that. But yeah. And I mean, if you're going to do it, how do I feel about them? If you are comfortable with them and you've got a guide or somebody with you that's going to go see a doctor and do it correctly. Just kidding. Just kidding. Yes. But if you're not going to go see a doctor, do it right. What's right.
[00:17:13] Ask somebody that knows a medical professional. Yeah. Someone that thinks they knows someone that sells it to you. What if it's okay. I'm not saying I obviously go to a medical professional, but a medical professional could be the one selling it. That's what I'm getting at. Yes. So if you know somebody that's been in that industry, that is a medical professional, that is that, or you know, somebody that's had success in there. You can't tell me all these bodybuilders that have won these competitions, haven't done any kind of like that stuff. No.
[00:17:40] So from what I'm saying is if I see this dude who's done it right before, I probably would follow his. I'm not just because he didn't stroke out, have a heart attack. Everybody's different. I get that. He did it right. This is me trying to prove a point, but not being able to. It is. All I'm saying is yes, go to a doctor, but if you're going to just take care of yourself if you're going to do it. Be careful. Be careful. Be careful. Be mindful of everything. Mindful. Yes.
[00:18:08] And remember, people who don't know can still see it from the outside. A thousand percent. And that rage until you get past it. Yeah. Well, how do you feel about them? I told you they're beneficial. I'll just explain them. Yeah. You're going to do it. Be mindful. Be careful because no one's going to tell you not to if you decide to. Now, there is something else out there. It's not a I guess it's a form of steroids, but it's another word. It's a weird word. And people take them. I'm sorry. Not some arms arms. No, there's something like weird word. Maybe they start with a P.
[00:18:38] I don't know. But they're like that. But there are people take them. What's the word I'm looking for? It's something that people use an alternative that you can legally get. But it's like steroids. I don't know. But there's a word. No clue. Because whenever I did use, I didn't use legal. No, I tried. I tried the. I tried the unsafe for a little while. But I did notice all those things that you were talking about, too, and the ones that I explained. So I had to get off that stuff. It just does. And some of it, you know, mentally fucks with you. And I'm not going to lie.
[00:19:07] It is harder to keep on weight, keep on muscle, you know, pack it on and everything. Doing it natural. It is a little slower. Those other ways are a lot quicker. But not as quick as people think. It's not an instant fix, like you said. Yeah. It's really. And that's what I've seen a lot of. And just people knowing people, they're like, I'm going to do this. And it's not going to happen in six months. I mean, it's not going to happen next week. That's what, you know, me starting fucking. This was, mind you, what's this year? 2025?
[00:19:37] That was like, that was seven years ago. Yeah. When I first, 2018, when I first tried. Oh, that's probably, no, when I was 16, 17. Yeah. Because I was going to do a body competition. But I was expecting like, oh, next week, next month, I'm going to be just like, blew my finger and blew up like a balloon. Now, I did it for a couple of years. Now, there is something that I've. It took those years, all of those years to get to there. To fill out, fill your body out. Yeah.
[00:20:06] But I've, he grew into his body. I've maintained it now. Older age, I guess it was going to hit either way. Now, there is another thing. And I don't typically tell us, but this is unspoken. And that's part of the podcast is there is something I won't say the name of it because I'm not trying to educate people on it, but there is something that you are, that I would put in my body a long time ago. It's an injection that you put underneath the muscle. And it's what a lot of bodybuilders use to, from what I'm told, it's an oil. You put it injected under the muscle and it lifts the muscle up. So it gives it more room to grow. I've heard about that.
[00:20:35] And, and that was almost, I think that was like 20 to 25 shots a day every two weeks. Been there. Not this guy. Been there. And then there's some pictures I look and out that, but those specific muscles, because I didn't go just to one group of muscles. It was, you know, arms and lats and it was pecs. It was all that. And I mean, that was the instant fix, but those things, if that thing, now that I find out now that stuff, if it gets in your butt, it could kill you. First of all. Yeah. That's why we don't do that anymore.
[00:21:02] And have you ever seen those memes of those people with their arms are just so massively big, like a ball basketball. That's what that stuff is. And they, they blow their arm out. Blowing air underneath your muscle. Yeah. Basically it is a, it's an oil, but just in your mind, it's like, well, yeah. Jacking air into there. Like you're pumping it and you could, you could hear it going in your system. It's crazy, but I did that. Um, I never, I just, like I said, I tried the injectables for a couple of years. Hang on. Hey, it's my friend summer.
[00:21:32] Hey, I'm going to call you back. We're all doing a podcast right now. It's me and Cody. Hi summer. Hey, he's, you hear him? Hi summer. Um, we're recording the podcast right now. You're on your live. We're going to call you back. Okay. And Cody says, yeah, you're on the microphone right now. No, she wants to buy a house. Summer will take care of you. Go ahead and throw that number out there one more time. And, uh, yes, she'll say your nurse hat next house, look for apartment land, you know, anything you need. She also does IVs. So she'll take care of you. Uh, nurse registered nurse, all that good stuff, but I'll call you back. Love. Okay. Bye. Bye.
[00:22:03] No, I throws her number out. That's our girl. Don't, don't, don't. That's our girl. Um, but yeah, anyways. Um, so yeah, I did that. That was a confession that though. Not too many people know that. So, uh, you know, we got to give some people some stuff that's unspoken. Yeah, it is what it is. You don't talk about it until you're done with it. Right? That's a shirt. That's how most people do. Yeah. Well, yeah, I was on drugs back then, two years ago. What I knew when no one knew, no one knew. And they're like, what? Oh yeah. Yeah.
[00:22:33] That's what that magic juice was. Yeah. So yeah, just going back to just listening to your body, taking care of yourself, always just take care of yourself. And if something hurts or aches, get it checked out. Right. And don't compare yourself to others. I'm a big, you know, big, uh, I do that a lot and I have to, but I also don't realize how big I am too. Yeah. And there's a difference too. Like there's, I mean, like just throwing this out there just as an example, Braden doesn't lift as heavy as I do, but he's still pretty swole.
[00:23:02] I lift heavy, really heavy. I'm still pretty slender. I mean, it's, it's just, everybody's body is different. Very different. So to grow for summers, you grow strength rather than muscle. Yeah. And my body frame is like short too. Cause I don't need to get that big. Like a little meatball. But yeah. So just listen to your body. That was kind of our take on breaking down proper diet. Providing effective exercises and the power of listening to your body. Hmm. Mm hmm.
[00:23:31] Do you agree with that? Slow and steady wins the race. Yeah. It just reminds me of my marathon. It was pretty slow and steady. Yeah, that's true. Just be patient with yourself, celebrate the small victories and listen to what your body is telling you. Um, I like to celebrate the small victories cause I like to do that too. And I'm like, what the fuck? Like, okay. Like you did this. Like you did this. I guess so. I was about to say, not me. I want to see the whole picture, but I'm like, Oh, look at that muscle. Okay. I see you. Yes.
[00:24:02] You remember me. Yeah. Muscle memories. I think too. Really is. Like we laid off for a while. Right. Um, got really depressed last year. Went through a couple months off, a couple too many months off of the gym. Lost a lot of weight, muscle mass and everything. Got back into it, blew right back up. But then it kind of just, it's like, I remember blew up and then it just kind of swallowed up like a Macy's day balloon. Went gradually down, even though consistently being in the gym, it just blew up and then it still
[00:24:31] kind of deflated, I guess I could say. Yeah. Yeah. I agree. But it's at a good level. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Very cool. Well, thank you for joining us today on the unspoken truth podcast. [00:24:58] Uh, start leaving on, I know it's on Apple and Amazon, start leaving some stars. If you guys really like it, start leaving some stars. We've got, uh, we'd love to see that go up. That'd be really, really great. Um, we've got some, I've got some new cameras coming for season two. You're going to be able to see my facial expressions to code the bullshit comments. We moved. So we're switching studios. We've got to find new one of those. Uh, we're looking right now, but we're excited. Big things are coming. Yes. We got merch coming up. It's going to be great.
[00:25:27] I'm excited about it. Uh, so what's coming up for the next episode? You're going to give them a heads up. Yes. So we've got, we're episode 10. I want to do one more episode. We have some merch that comes out for that one. Yeah. We could start it all. Hats. T-shirts. Cody is going to start opening up and doing tattoos. He'll man his boyfriend. Anson are really good at it. Um, they're going to start doing that. I'm trying to get with them to get a schedule and that stuff so I can help set them up for it.
[00:25:59] Is there for you? Finders fee. Finders fee. Just kidding. But no guys, they're really good. Um, they both have, do you know what, do you have a Facebook page for that or anything? I don't have a Facebook page for it. Don't look at him on Facebook. He's a walking billboard. Uh, yeah. Yeah. I've done quite a few on myself. Same. Yeah. No, I don't, I should open up Facebook and Instagram for it. I just, the thing is I've done it for now, what? I don't know, 12 years or so. Yeah. That's probably more than that. I think I always put that number in. It's been more years. Fuck.
[00:26:26] It was, it's been like, I thought it was like 20, 12, 13 years or so. Yeah. He's really good at it. But I never really have saved any pictures of what I've done. Like time has went by and I just didn't do it in a shop or anything. I did it mostly for just extra income or family or friends that wanted to discount on a tattoo or to do my own or my sisters for free. That's what I learned. Me and my sister got tired of paying and we just started doing tattoos. She actually does them also. She's great too. Yeah.
[00:26:56] Uh, but yeah, we just started practicing, I guess on each other. I never really did it in the shop though. But, uh, yeah, I'd love, love to tattoo you. If you want one, just hit me up. I'll start a new page and everything. I'm doing quite a few now. Start taking a couple more pictures. Show my work. Yeah. Hit me up. Awesome. So don't forget to subscribe.
